Journalist and documentarian Tyrnauer (Valentino: The Last Emperor) turns his attention to legendary writer and urban activist Jane Jacobs and the David-and-Goliath battle she fought over urban planning in New York more than 50 years ago. The historic neighbourhoods of Greenwich Village and Little Italy are under threat from divisive and destructive ‘expressways’.
