Cinematography excellent
Very well-presented piece of art. - The holocaust as a slice of everyday life.
- Monstrous evil conveyed so chillingly by the soundtrack and set in juxtaposition with, on the surface, ‘normal’ family life.
- Gruelling, but so important.
- Second time of watching, more powerful than 1st time around. The subtlety with which the horror was shown makes this a standout film.
- This is little to say, but so much to say. We live in such terrible times again – a warning to us all.
- Obscene
